L. Rajkumar, acclaimed filmmaker and lyricist, is best known for directing the political satire Annanukku Jai (2018) and the critically celebrated sports-action web series Pettaikaali (2022) produced by director Vetrimaaran’s Grass Root Film Company. A former associate of Vetri Maaran, he has contributed as lyricist to notable films, directed award-winning short films, and created documentaries for reputed platforms like Star Sports, IIT Madras, Sun TV, and Vijay TV.
With his upcoming feature film slated for release in 2025, Rajkumar continues to establish himself as one of Tamil cinema’s most promising storytellers, blending cultural depth with contemporary vision—making him an inspiring choice as the Brand Ambassador of the South Asia Book of Records.
